Our Return Policy is as follows:
You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt so long as the items are in the original condition for a refund on the item price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Purchased items are determined unreturnable if worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, we will not be responsible for processing and returning such items. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method when returning your items for your protection.
Returns will be processed after we have inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition. Upon inspection, we will issue a credit to your PayPal account. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. If you've requested an exchange, a second email will be sent once we've processed your new order. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded.
No refunds are available for sale items – only exchange or store credit.
